Nani's Esthetics staff have dedicated their careers to promote the well-being of our valued clients. It is important to us that each guest go home satisfied, and we kindly request that these few, but important, details of Spa Etiquette be observed.
Due to a high rate of Late Cancellations and No Shows we are sending out a gentle reminder of our policies on these matters. We usually send CONFIRMATION EMAIL and/or SEND SYSTEM SMS (TEXT) to all our clients to confirm their prebooked appointments 24 hours to 48 hours in advance. If we DO NOT receive any response, we reserve the right to replace your appointment with the clients who are in our WAITING LIST that would like to get in.
We like to offer the time slot to a client on our waiting list, or who is calling for at the same day appointment. Without notice of cancellation we are unable to do this. When a client does not show up for a schedule appointment, another client loses the opportunity to be given service.
We value your business so much and appreciate your cooperation in the spa’s scheduling policies. Cancellation/No Show with less than 24 hours of notice will be subject to a cancellation fee of amounting to the cost of the scheduled service. All laser clients will lose 1 session for cancellations that are less than 24 hours.
TREATMENTS: All Laser treatments and Microdermabrasion procedures and or pre-paid packages are NON-REFUNDABLE. Packages are NON -TRANSFERABLE and must be used within one year from the date of purchase. NO REFUNDS,EXCHANGES ONLY.
APPOINTMENTS: To ensure your preferred Esthetician/Nail Technician is always available to you, we recommend that you make your next appointment prior to leaving Nani's Esthetics. This is particularly important if you are having a series of treatments over a defined period of time.
ARRIVALS: Please arrive for your appointment in our office on time. This ensures that you will receive the required amount of time you deserve for your treatment and helps us not to intrude on the following clients’ reserved time.
PARENTS OF SMALL CHILDREN: Due to the nature of our business and the "spa like" atmosphere we try to maintain, we kindly ask that children not be brought to your appointment.
